FES GROUP team includes:
• Don Stites, P.E., Principal Engineer and Operations Manager, provides service as Principal Engineer and Project Manager. Mr. Stites has provided Environmenatl Assessment and Geotechnical Engineering consulting services for numerous tower, building, and transportation projects throughout the Midwest and Southeast portions of the United States since 1984.

• Jeffrey L. Prenatt, C.E.T., President and Director of Projects, will provide review and coordination activities for successful fulfillment of FES Group’s obligations. Mr. Prenatt has successfully completed numerous large commercial and municipal projects throughout the United States projects throughout the Midwest and Southeast portions of the United States since 1981.

• Bruce Wolle, P.E., Principal Engineer provides quality assurance and a second review of Geotechnical Engineering related documents. Mr. Wolle has successfully completed numerous high-profile Geotechnical Engineering projects for over 20 years.

• James E. Shirk, P.E., D.E.E., Senior Engineer provides quality assurance for all Environmental Assessment related services. Mr. Shirk has been involved with Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering projects for over 30 years, including numerous high-profile projects throughout Florida, the northeast, and mid-atlantic United States.
